When will I get my order?

What should I do if my order has an issue?
If your item arrives with a faulty print or is otherwise faulty, we will provide a free replacement and you do not need to return the original item. To process this, please send pictures of the item laid flat (front and back, if applicable) and email them to info@linkinparkforever.com.
Do you accept custom order requests?
Yes, we handle all custom order requests through our Etsy shop. Please message us directly on Etsy with screenshots of your design idea, custom lyrics, or custom name. With a little graphic design magic, we can bring almost any idea to life. Let us know which product you’re interested in (women’s fit tees, tank tops, hoodies, and more).
Should I provide a phone number for my order?
Providing a phone number is optional but recommended, as it speeds up the delivery process. It allows the courier to contact you if there are any issues or a failed delivery attempt. In such cases, the parcel is usually held at your nearest post office.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices shown on our website already include tax. There are no additional charges when you purchase through our site. For international orders, we ship using a delivery duty paid service, which means all taxes, duties, and VAT are fully covered by us and there will be no extra fees on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. However, we offer Free shipping when you order more than 3 items. All shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.
What is the return policy?
All purchases are final sale, as items are custom made to order. Please ensure you select the correct size, type and shipping details before checkout, as returns or exchanges are not accepted. Free replacements are only provided if the wrong item or size is received, the item arrives damaged, or the shipment is lost in transit. What brand of T-shirts do you use?
We use top-quality Gildan T-shirts, valued for their comfort, durability, and consistent sizing. All designs are printed with advanced DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology, not stickers or vinyl, for vibrant, high-quality, and long-lasting prints.
What are the care instructions for my item?
Machine wash your shirt in cold water inside out to protect the print from friction and fading. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maintain the fabric’s quality and the durability of the design.
